BAR Financial Network respects its customers’ right to privacy. In the course of our business, you may provide us with confidential information concerning your financial affairs and we understand and appreciate the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of that information. Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties
Individuals or companies outside of BAR Financial Network are considered third parties. Generally, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law. This may include responding to a subpoena or other legal process, or reporting to consumer reporting agencies. We may disclose the above described "information we collect" to our service providers to help us process your application or service your account. Our service providers may include lenders, loan settlement service providers, insurers, and property inspection companies. Mortgage lenders are permitted (and sometimes even required) to share customer information with third parties for certain purposes, such as fraud and risk management, and responding to transaction requests. The information that is disclosed to them is limited to the information needed to carry out their function and such companies are required to safeguard the confidentiality of your information in the same manner as BAR Financial Network.
We do NOT sell customer or former customer lists or personal information to list brokers, marketing firms or to other third parties.
How We Keep Information Private
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We have internal controls to keep customer information as accurate and complete as we can. We also train our employees on privacy and discipline any employee who violates our procedures.

Permission Marketing
Beyond communications required as part of terms of service, users will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and/or newsletters. Consumers Opt Out Right
Prior to applying with BAR Financial Network, you will be provided with a copy of this notice and an opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communications. In the case of joint accounts, we will treat an opt-out by one account holder as applying to all account holders. Your request will be honored throughout your relationship with us. This Notice and any of the policies described above may change from time to time. The examples contained within this Notice are illustrations and are not intended to be exclusive. If you wish to opt out, simply call our customer service number listed above. You always have the right to change your mind. If you do not opt out, we'll assume that you have agreed that BAR Financial Network may use your personal information to determine what goods and services you may be interested in, offer you goods and services that we think meet your needs and for the other purposes described herein.
